Another Day at Gym
today i resumed doing standing back tuck - havent done that in AGES! did it over the pit without a spot after like two tries, which was kinda cool. but i still need to improve on getting the TUCK, tho the height of my jump is ok. im really bad at the head position thing, with all the looking up, looking front, looking back. i kind of get disoriented whenever i do the flips so i cant tell up from down haha.
anyways, it was a good day for front somer. i did like 13 it think, and landed 10. i figured that i always need one or two warm up jumps cuz i always land on my bum for the first one or two. practiced basic beam work and was pretty rusty ugh. the jumps improved tho, or so i think. :D
think im kinda out of shape after reducing training to once a week. =/ was sooooo tired midway through my class. starting to ache again too -> never ached for quite some time already. bleah. oh well... will get it back after As, which is soon! haha looking forward to 3 day a week trainings :P
