the ode. the fat.

three weeks off the diet, with little exercise and here i am two kilos heavier. its time, once again, to resume the battle of the bulge. the past three weeks have been fun - i have revisited the sins of the past and introduced to my body, the following monstrocities:

1) chicken chop at thomson plaza
2) baked rice (which tasted great, no worries!)
3) Marche rosti and crepe
4) ribs at cafe cartel
5) thai buffet at bugis
6) sizzler's salad bar (of which i didnt consume much of the actual SALAD)
7) nasi lemak
8) ajisen noodles
9) topless five at swensens
10) seoul garden buffet!
11) birthday dinner
12) taco pachi, twister fries (JE)
13) mango ice
14) whopper meal at BK
15) old chang kee
16) KFC

holy crap. no wonder my system is all screwed up. =( major detoxing begins on monday, so there. im working with a 1100 calorie dieet this time round. see how that goes =)
