its been the third day since lectures and tutorials started in full force and already i am wiped out!

first off, PE is a killer. here's a little sample of wut we did on monday and tuesday...

MONDAY (2 periods)
- 2.4 km jog
- 20 push ups
- 20 crunches
- 10 inclined flex-arm hang
- 20 push-logs

TUESDAY (1 period)
- 1.6km jog (after we pleaded for mercy)
- 20 sit ups
- 20 lunges
- 20 push ups

do note that monday and tuesday are consecutive days, meaning that we went for PE on Tuesday with arms about to fall right off. however, the guys have it much worse.... very much worse.

i look to the heavens and thank god for making me a female.
