conditioning for gymnastics today was horrid. i actually wanted to PUKE after one bloody set. the last time i felt like i wanted to puke after exercise was last year after the 2.4km run. HOWEVER, i must say that i realized today that i have zero thighg muscles. the little kids were doing squats like it was clockwork. i, meanwhile couldnt even do a single one without grabbing on to the barre for dear life. btw, for records sake i did 40 (20 for each leg), after which my thigh went into spasms when i even try to walk. hahaha looks like i really need to work on that! no wonder i keep falling off the beam during half-turns! @@
things went much better for the torso conditioning. haha i must say i think i am quite good at that. so good that my coach decided to add more variation. :P its really awesome conditioning too, ive only done it thrice and i can see the slight emergence of 4 pacs! woohooooooo sentosa beach, here i come! lol
i guess coachie felt bad after that cuz she brought me out for supper. hehe its all part of her 'make vicky fatter plot'! @@ her motto: EAT more, SLEEP more, TRAIN more. which is kinda conflicting if you think about it. hmmm.
